1.Fixed Stars (unrestrected) shown outside of the main ring only if in conjunction with a planet
2.Optionally use JPL DE406 ephemeris
3.Time Zone automatic calculation for the off-line atlases
NOTE: according to the geographical longitude. Due to the political borders, the true Time Zone may be different (generally +/- 1). The user must verify if correct or not.
